Core drilling services
With most pallet racking systems, mechanical anchors and bolts are required to keep the system in position, and these generally need to be removed at the end of a lease as part of the leasing agreement. Concrete drilling requires skilfully trained operators to drill through the concrete floor, or walls in some instances, with a special water lubricated diamond-tipped drilling machine to remove the fastener and then fill the hole with a special cementitious compound to give the appearance that the anchor was never there in the first place.
